Thanks to your patience and support, the Child Support Agency has maintained operations throughout the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.  Although the Child Support Agency is open for business, we continue to seek your support and cooperation.  We all share responsibility for sustaining the health of our community by adhering to the guidance of the Public Health authorities.  With that in mind, phone and e-mail are appropriate methods of handling many Child Support matters.  Consider calling the Child Support Agency before you visit in-person to see if you can skip the trip.

Special Note: Sign up for access to Child Support Online Services (CSOS) BEFORE you need information. It may take up to 10 days for you to get your KEY / PIN in the mail prior to accessing the information that you require. If you do not have a computer, you may use a computer at your public library.  If you have log-on problems, please call (608) 264-6323 for more information or for help in setting up or recovering your Logon.

CUSTODY, PLACEMENT OR VISITATION:  Please remember that Child Support services do not include custody and placement changes, nor do they handle visitation issues.  Only the court has the authority and responsibility for these types of issues. ALL REGULAR CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS made by individuals must be made through the Wisconsin Support Collections Trust Fund (WISCTF); they will not be accepted at our local agency. (If you are making a purge payment, please contact your caseworker at 715-258-6448.) Please use this link for payment coupons and mailing instructions: https://dcf.wisconsin.gov/cs/ncp/pay

Our office is located on the 3rd floor of the Waupaca County Courthouse. The Child Support Agency is involved in the establishment and enforcement of child support orders. Through cooperative efforts of all 50 states, it is no longer possible to escape the duty of support by merely crossing state lines.

Please call for an appointment before coming to the office if you want to speak with a specific worker, as all cases have designated specialists.
