The Finance Department will coordinate the tracking and submission of Emergency Assistance for eligible expenditures under the Emergency Declaration of EM-3454.

NOTE: FEMA will not duplicate any assistance provided by HHS/CDC or any other grant related funding sources for the eligible expenditures.
Document all activities related to COVID-19 going back to January 20, 2020. Please utilize the expenditure tracking documents to record expenditures that meet the criteria on the above Protective Measures Fact Sheet. If you are unsure, track it, and we can always make adjustments later. This would include:
Labor Tracking Document
Rental Equipment Tracking Document

- Regular time AND overtime (normally only OVERTIME is eligible under Category B. However, document everything in the event that all time is eligible)
