All services are based on the Wisconsin Sliding Fee Scale (this is your ability to pay based on your income).

We accept many types of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid (HMO Medicaid included), Veterans Choice, and BadgerCare Plus. If you are in need of insurance, click here for link to Apply for Badger Care or contact the Economic Suppport Call Center at 1-888-256-4563.

All applications are processed on Mondays and the applicant will be assigned a therapist. Even if you are just seeking medication management with a psychiatrist, you must have the initial intake with a therapist who will refer you to the psychiatrist. The therapist will contact you to schedule an appointment.
