- This includes explanation of all lab tests, treatment options, information on contraceptive choices, and answers to all questions about your sexual health concerns. Make your own decisions about which methods are best for you.

Client Responsibilities

- Report any changes or problems with the medication or birth control method you are using.
- Offer suggestions and opinions so we may improve our services.
- Notify us of any change in name, address, or phone number.
- Be on time or cancel an appointment if you cannot make it.
