The Planning and Zoning Office uses Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) for determining what flood district a property is located and therefore what standards apply. The FIRMs are available to the public either through FEMA's Flood Map Service Center found here or through the County's GIS Mapping system found here.
