Date/Time: Sheriff’s Sales will be held on Tuesday of each week at 10:00 a.m.
Place: The front lobby of the Waupaca County Courthouse, 811 Harding Street, Waupaca, Wisconsin.
Payment Notice: A 10% down payment, in the form of certified funds, is required at the time of the sale, payable to the Waupaca County Clerk of Courts. Payment must be made in cash or certified bank check.
Other: A designee of the Sheriff conducts the sale. The sale is in the form of an auction. The highest bidder is awarded the property.
Any questions regarding the property should to be directed to the attorney listed on the notice. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check for back taxes, liens, judgments, etc. that are attached to the property.
