- When installed and used correctly, child safety seats decrease the risk of fatal injury by 71%.
Waupaca County Car Seat Fitting Stations
A certified technician will:
- Inspect your current car seat
- Adjust the car seat for your child's age, height, weight, and properly install it in your vehicle
- Educate and demonstrate proper installation so you are able to install it on your own
- Infant, convertible, combination, and high/low back booster seats are available
- Contact the Public Health office to find out if you are eligible
