Food Safety & Recreational Licensing

The Waupaca County Department of Public Health is an agent of the WI Department of Agriculture Trade & Consumer Protection (DATCP) and the Department of Safety & Professional Services (DSPS). Waupaca County Environmental Health licenses and inspects restaurants, retail food stores, public swimming pools, water attractions, lodging facilities, campgrounds, recreational and educational campgrounds, tattoo & body piercing, and manufactured home communities.
