DPH provides confidential pregnancy testing and follow-up services, as well as emergency contraception and birth control options. Costs of services are determined using a sliding fee scale based on income.
Services are available:At the Public Health office (2nd floor, Waupaca County Courthouse)
- Monday-Friday by appointment only. Please call 715-258-6323 for availability.
- The 2nd Monday of every month from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- Limited services available (Hepatitis C testing, STI testing & education, pregnancy testing)
