DPH works to assist the community with access to preventive and reproductive health services.

Services include:

Providing vaccines for uninsured or underinsured children & adults
Pregnancy testing
Contraceptives
Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing & counseling

*There is never a charge for HIV testing and counseling & Hepatitis C testing.

Services are available:

At the Public Health office (2nd floor, Waupaca County Courthouse)

Monday-Friday by appointment only. Please call 715-258-6323 for availability

At Project WisHope ( 200 N. Main St, Waupaca)

The 2nd Monday of every month from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Limited services available (Hepatitis C testing, STI testing & education, pregnancy testing)
